Starting Saturday, September 19, 2026, we will begin offering contactless payment service on the Kumano Hongu Line.
You can use cards compatible with contactless payment, such as credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards.

Service Start Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
Routes Affected: Kumano Hongu Line (Route Numbers: 80, 81, 84, 85)

Routes Where Contactless Payment Is Available

Contactless payment is available only on the Kumano Hongu Line (Route Numbers: 80, 81, 84, 85).
(This service is also available on the” Kumano Kodo Express Bus ””Onsen Extra Bus” running from September 19, 2026, to December 10, 2026.)

Contactless payment is not available on the following routes:
■ Ryujin Line
■ Minabe Line
■ City loop Line
■ Koyasan ＆ Kumano Access Bus
