Please access the ticket sales site on your smartphone and purchase tickets.

Term of validity
- Please use within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Valid for 4 days starting from first day of use.
Payment Method
- Credit card, smartphone payment (Apple Pay,Google Pay,PayPay)
- You can purchase tickets for up to 10 people (5 adults and 5 children) at once.
- Please note that all the people selected in the number of passengers must be on board together when boarding.
- After purchase, the ticket will not be displayed on any device other than the one on which it was activated.
- We cannot refund any fares paid if you boarded the Kumano Hongu Line before using this ticket.
- If you purchased a bus pass on your smartphone, refunds are only available if the ticket is unused and within the expiration date. (However, a refund fee of 500 yen, tax included, will be charged separately.)

- When you get off the bus, press the "Use Ticket" button on your purchased ticket, turn on the camera, and show your ticket to the driver.
- Read the coupon QR code with the activated camera, enter the number of coupons, and press the "Use Ticket" button.
- The driver will confirm the use of your ticket and give you a souvenir.

- Do bus passes have an expiration date?
If purchased on a smartphone, the expiration date for e-tickets is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Paper tickets purchased from the ticket vending machine in the Tanabe Tourist Information Center can be used for 4 days from the day of purchase. Please purchase tickets on the day of boarding.
- Can I purchase bus passes for more than one person at a time?
E-tickets purchased from a smartphone can be used to purchase tickets for up to 10 people (5 adults and 5 children) at one time.
Paper tickets purchased from the ticket vending machine in the Tanabe Tourist Information Center will be issued one at a time for each person.
- When is the latest I can purchase a ticket?
E-tickets purchased from a smartphone can be purchased on the bus after boarding.

- I purchased an e-ticket on my smartphone, but the ticket display screen shows "No ticket has been activated".

- Where can I see the e-tickets I have purchased?
You can check your purchase history (before, during, and after use) from the "Purchased" screen.
- Can I change the number of people on the e-tickets I have already purchased?
Once purchased, the number of people on the ticket cannot be changed. If you need to add more people, you can purchase additional tickets separately without a refund.
If you need to reduce the number of people, please refund the purchased tickets and purchase them again with the correct number of people. In that case, a refund fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged.

Regarding the usage of bus passes
- I purchased an e-ticket, but it doesn't appear on the "Tickets" screen, and it also disappears from the screen before use.
Please check on each screen of the Purchased tab to make sure that you have not changed the type or that the item has not been used due to the expiration date.
If it is not displayed on the used screen, please log out and log in again.
- Can I use my e-ticket offline?
E-tickets cannot be used offline when purchasing tickets or starting to use tickets. A working internet connection is required. Please turn on the mobile communication function of your smartphone or other device or use a Wi-Fi connection.
The ticket screen may not be displayed depending on the OS or browser of the device you are using, although it is designed to work offline. In such cases, please use the system online.
